Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NextJob LLC's automated SMS receptionist services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NextJob LLC's services or submit any form on this website. By using our services or submitting your information, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. NextJob LLC does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

2. SMS Program Description

NextJob LLC operates an automated SMS messaging program that includes the following use cases:

  • Missed call text-back: When a customer calls a client business and the call goes unanswered, an automated SMS is sent to the caller within 60 seconds to acknowledge their inquiry and offer assistance.
  • Lead qualification: Automated SMS conversations that collect service details, location, and availability to qualify and book appointments.
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders: Automated SMS messages confirming scheduled appointments and sending reminders prior to the appointment time.
  • Demo request follow-up: SMS messages sent to individuals who submit a demo request form at nextjob.pro/contact and opt in to receive SMS communications.

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and interaction with the service.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received through NextJob LLC's service. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. NextJob LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier in connection with SMS messages.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from NextJob LLC at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately unsubscribe
  • Reply STOP ALL to unsubscribe from all NextJob SMS programs
  • Contact us directly at [email protected] to request removal

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you change your mind, you may re-subscribe by texting START or by submitting a new opt-in form.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NextJob LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS message delivery caused by mobile carriers, network outages, or circumstances outside of our control. Carrier participation may vary.

7. Services

NextJob LLC provides automated missed call text-back and appointment booking services to small trade and service businesses ("Clients"). Our Services include:

  • Automated SMS responses to missed calls within 60 seconds
  • AI-powered lead qualification via SMS conversation
  • Automated appointment booking and calendar integration
  • Appointment reminders and follow-up communications

8. Client Obligations

As a Client using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information including hours, services offered, and service area
  • Maintain an active Google Calendar connected to our system
  • Update your calendar promptly to reflect unavailability
  • Comply with all applicable laws including TCPA regulations
  • Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Pay all fees when due
  • Be at least 18 years of age

9. Fees and Payment

Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis at the rate agreed upon at signup. Current pricing starts at $395 per month. Fees are charged automatically to your payment method on file.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice
  • Prepaid plans are locked at the agreed rate for the prepaid period
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

10. SMS Compliance

NextJob operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier guidelines. All messages include opt-out instructions and our SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Cancellation

Either party may cancel service with 30 days written notice. To cancel, contact [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

  • Service continues through the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial months
  • Your sub-account data is available for export for 30 days post-cancellation

12. Limitation of Liability

NextJob LLC's liability to any Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost revenue or missed business opportunities.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
